Privacy Policy
Version dated June 15, 2026. यह policy बताती है कि OMNI website और Telegram bot use करते समय कौन सा data process हो सकता है.
1. Data controller
Data controller public offer में बताए गए seller हैं. Privacy, access और deletion requests Telegram support @omni_soft से handle होती हैं.
2. Website data
Website static है और contact forms, analytics scripts, ad pixels या tracking cookies use नहीं करती. हम site से सीधे personal data collect नहीं करते.
3. Bot and order data
Telegram bot से access खरीदते समय digital license deliver करने के लिए minimum data process होता है: Telegram ID, public username if available, selected plan, payment status, activation key और access issue time.
4. Payment data
Card numbers, CVC/CVV, wallet private keys और similar payment credentials payment provider side पर ही enter होते हैं. OMNI full payment details receive या store नहीं करता.
5. Purpose and retention
Data order create करने, payment confirm करने, activation key issue करने, support देने और duplicate fulfillment रोकने के लिए use होता है. Records केवल operational, accounting और legal reasons पर रखे जाते हैं.
6. User rights
User Telegram support से data information, correction या deletion request कर सकता है. हम applicable law के अंदर reasonable time में response देते हैं.
