Public Offer
Version dated June 08, 2026. यह document नीचे दी गई terms पर agreement conclude करने का public proposal है.
1. Terms
Seller / rights holder OMNI software का owner है. User वह व्यक्ति है जो offer terms accept करता है और software access के लिए payment करता है. Software से मतलब OMNI और उससे जुड़े components हैं.
2. Agreement subject
Seller User को selected plan period के लिए simple non-exclusive license देता है: 1, 7 या 30 days. Exclusive rights transfer नहीं होते. Payment के बाद access Telegram bot से remotely दिया जाता है: User को activation key और unique executable file मिलती है.
3. Offer acceptance
Selected plan की payment या terms से clear agreement दिखाने वाली कोई भी action offer acceptance मानी जाती है. Acceptance के बाद agreement concluded माना जाता है.
4. Price and payment
Access price order के समय website और/or Telegram bot में दिखाया जाता है. Payment cashless method से की जाती है.
5. Access delivery
- User Telegram bot में plan चुनता है. - Payment के बाद User को activation key मिलती है. - Access period activation या key issue होने से शुरू होता है, अगर checkout में कुछ और न लिखा हो.
6. Support and requests
Support, payment questions, access questions और claims Telegram bot से accept होते हैं. Response time request type और technical load पर depend करता है.
7. Refunds and restrictions
Refunds और claims applicable law और इस offer के हिसाब से process होते हैं. Digital product access मिल चुका हो और key activate हो चुकी हो, तो refund सिर्फ law में allowed grounds पर possible है.
8. User responsibility
User Software use करते समय applicable law, third-party service rules और third-party rights follow करने के लिए खुद responsible है.
9. Offer changes
Seller इस offer को change कर सकता है. New version site पर publish होते ही effective होता है, unless another date is stated.
