Refund Policy
Version dated June 15, 2026. ये terms OMNI digital software access के refund handling को explain करती हैं.
1. Digital access model
OMNI time-limited digital software access के रूप में simple non-exclusive license पर दिया जाता है. कोई physical goods ship नहीं होते.
2. Refund कब possible है
Refund consider हो सकता है अगर payment complete नहीं हुई, हमारी technical fault से access issue नहीं हो पाया, product website description से materially different है, या applicable law refund require करता है.
3. Refund कब restricted है
Activation key issue और use होने के बाद, या unique executable file deliver होने के बाद refund options limited होते हैं क्योंकि digital access provide हो चुका है.
4. Request कैसे करें
Telegram support से contact करें और payment method, selected plan, approximate payment time, Telegram ID और reason भेजें. Card data या private wallet keys न भेजें.
5. Review and payout
Requests up to 10 business days में review होती हैं. Approved refund original payment method से भेजा जाता है, unless कोई दूसरा lawful method agree हो.
